My wife and I come here just about every weekend. Such a comfortable place to enjoy good bagels and sandwiches. They have gotten busy over the past few years but added a bunch of new staff to accommodate the customers very effectively. As they have grown in popularity, the added staff makes the orders come faster than ever. Very enjoyable comfort food.

I placed an online order and picked up today 08/15. I wanted to get drinks for my family so before I grabbed the online order, I walked up to the counter to order the drinks. I was the only person waiting to order and the place wasn't busy at all. I stood there patiently for about 10 minutes and was never acknowledged by any of the 7 or 8 people behind the counter. One guy came from behind the counter and started wiping tables. He even stepped in front of me to wipe the counter around the register and still didn't acknowledge that I was waiting there. I was just getting ready to go and grab the online order already paid for when a lady finally said I can take your order over here. Oddly enough, a few seconds later another customer walked in and the same guy that was so locked in to counternand table wiping jumped into action to help that customer within seconds. I don't know what that was about but I have an idea. Horrible and extremely rude service. This is only our 2nd time going to this bagel shop and it will be the last. I decided a long time ago that businesses that don't treat every customer well will not get my money. We will find another bagel shop.

Went this morning currently 8 months pregnant, saw the line & wanted to turn back but the place smelled so yummy. I ordered had about 9 ppl ahead of me. Had got breakfast for my husband an me on his break, 2 bagels sandwich & two ice coffees was worried it would take long, definitely not took few minutes. Everyone was super nice & even though they're busy, still polite & helpful. First time & definitely will be back. Thankyou guys!

I love stopping by this bagel shop whenever I need a quick and satisfying breakfast. The bagels are always fresh and have that perfect chewy texture, especially when they are toasted with a generous amount of cream cheese. I really enjoy their wide variety of flavors, from savory everything bagels to sweet cinnamon raisin options. Their breakfast sandwiches are also great because they are made-to-order and really hit the spot when you are on the go. It is a super reliable place with a friendly atmosphere that makes getting your morning coffee and bagel a breeze.

I loved this place. The food was so good! My cashier David was funny, very warm and welcoming. I have give place a 4 star instead of a 5 star because the restrooms were dirty and had a bad smell. I recommend for a staff person to check the restrooms more often and clean them. Other than that, I definitely want to come back. Definitely enjoyed the food and positive vibes here:)
